Alcazar Park is located on the banks of Pineios River and it is the most famous urban park of Larissa. Before being turned into a park, it was used for horse races (1887). Later, it hosted a zoo and a bazaar that took place every September. In the park you will find a theater, a cafeteria and a mini golf course.
