Family tavern just outside the center of Sparti, with a nostalgic, warm atmosphere in the hall and tables out in the summer under the cool arbor. The owner and chef Michalis Tsaggaris, together with his wife, prepare more than 30 delicious well-prepared dishes, with their own vegetables and excellent olive oil and local raw materials. Depending on the season, try kolokithokorfades in the saucepan, pork with feta cheese and Taygetos aromas in the oven, similin with orange, lemongrass, stuffed beetroot, liver with caramelized onions.
